ASD Doggie Tea Party at the Cicada

ASD is organizing this Doggie Tea Party so that all of you kind hearted folks that support our cause can meet and mingle in an informal and relaxed environment and we also have a chance to chat with all of you ! And this is an event where you must bring your dog(s) if you have one or more !

Along with a delectable high tea buffet spread for the humans and a scrumptuous meal for your dog, we will also have simple games with great prizes, cooking demonstrations by our members on how to whip up irresistable dog treats, as well as a photography session with lush beautiful scenery as the backdrop !

And last but not least you get a fantastic goodie bag (worth more than $30) with lots of doggie treats/toys from Pet Lovers Centre, Solid Gold, NutraGold, Taste of the Wild, Vitakraft and more!

Bark In The Park

Activities include dog tips, tricks and demonstrations, live acoustic music and massages for your dog and photography services. Also, fulfill your shopping needs by getting merchandises from pet welfare organizations such as SPCA, ASD, Animal Lover’s League & Noah’s Ark, who will also have booths there.

Animal Lovers League Fundraising Dinner

What better way to show your support for Animal Lovers League and at the same time, enjoy a cosy, fabulous meal with your loved ones.

During this time of financial difficulty, the kennels are hard hit as they may not be the priority on everyone’s mind. The need for shelter, medicines and meals, however, still continues for these homeless, rescued, abandoned and abused animals, many with no sponsorship.

Through this delicious 4 course meal featuring modern Singaporean cuisine, Animal Lovers League hopes to raise funds which will go towards the day-to-day operational demands of the shelter, affectionately known as ‘Pets Villa’. Merchandise such as notebooks, hand-painted T-shirts, hand made soaps, decorative candles and such will be also available on the day of the event.

SCC (36th Anniversary) Spring Championship Cat Show

Join in this 36th Spring Championship Cat Show where there will be 4 exciting ring shows going on. Competitions include Kitten/ Championship, Premiership/ Household Pets, Best Dressed Cages, Best Dressed Cats and Children’s Drawing & Colouring Contest.

It’s time for Class 95FM’s Dog Walk again! We had a great time last year and we would like to invite all dog owners to once again gather and showcase their best friend! Join us at this fun filled event on a beautiful Sunday morning! The first 300 will get a Class95 doggy bag worth more than $60!

Love Me ~ A Photo Exhibition About Animals in SPCA

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. As we remember our loved ones on this special day, let’s not forget our furry friends at the SPCA.

The Meridian Junior College Photography Club in conjunction with SPCA and The National Library Board will be staging an exhibition of love simply titled “Love Me”. The stars of this photo exhibition are our animal friends that bring meaning and purpose to our lives.

Through this seminar, you will get to know the benefits of probiotics in pets, the ideal features of a probiotic and how to select an appropriate probiotic product for use in companion animals. There will also be a Q&A session with Dr Jan McNae from Protexin Veterinary.

Play for Paws

“Play for Paws” is a youthful arts event filled with performances from bands of varying genres, disc jockeys, rappers, beat-boxers, hip hop dancers, and many more.

This event, co-organised by Republic Polytechnic and Action for Singapore Dogs, hopes to be able to reach out to as many people as possible to help ASD raise more funds so that more vulnerable dogs could be rescued and put into good homes.In the long run, ASD hopes that such public education will be able to instill the right values into the society and our doggie friends and other animals will be treated with their deserved rights.
